Destin, FL [Beach]

I went up to north Florida for the holidays to see some family and on one of the days we took a trip to the beach. This was one of my first opportunities to see what my new 50-200 could do and I was pretty happy with the shots I got. These were my favorite of the bunch- C&C is appreciated.

nice shots! your cropping of the images works very well. i sort of wish there were more colors in the last 2 though....or something to make them "pop" a little more. #3 feels a little dark on the bird.

overall, you can tell it was cloudy or a little overcast that day, so try to adjust the brightness and contrast a bit to make up for that.

great, sharp, clear shots though!

On a side note, Destin is lovely - white sand that squeaks, emerald water, etc.

The beaches in Destin are amazing. They are much better than the ones we have in south Florida.
