Very cool. I loved that place. On my last trip from the US, our plane had to make a unscheduled stop, and I had to transfer planes. I had never been to Detroit airport, and when I saw this...I did not have the time to catch any pics. Thanks for sharing this one.

Do several airports have similar "Tunnels of Light"?
I am not quite sure (it is 11 years ago), but isn't there something similar in Chicago Airport?
Nice effect and I like that you caught the "blue stage"!
