Device?

Hello, I am new to this forum and I have been in photography for over 20 years, albeit not considered a professional. Anyhow, I am looking for a device that will fit between the tripod and camera, (or maybe all together a tripod with motor), that will track the stars perfectly so that you can have much longer exposures without worrying about star trails. What is this device called? I thought I saw something like that somewhere that attached to the tripod. Thanks!

Thank you! I did see this but wasn't sure if this was what I was looking for. I plan on doing some night sky photography but because of the nearby trees, I can't use a small focal point. Thanks again!
