Digital Projector advice needed.

A friend of mine is teaching a class at the local Junior College she wants to get a digital projector for her class. I know nothing about them but offered to help anyways. We are looking for something decent, and cheap. Think junior college budget cheap! Maybe even something on ebay. I just don't enough about them to go bidding on things. Could you guys offer some insight.

We've (our design company) had great luck with Epson projectors...
