I like them, especially 2 & 3, but they seem a bit dark.

Thanks I cant get 1 or 2 much brighter without overexposing parts but I will play more with 3 and 4 to try to brighten them a bit.

Shots 3 and 4 look pretty good...lovely "feel" to them....nice job! Awesome-looking Christmas tree by the way. As a detail shot, the wine glass + lights is just super--it really,really makes the set.

#3's a cool idea and the result is pretty interesting I think... it has in-focus foreground bokeh - can't say I've seen that often - and background oof bokeh. Kind of neat side by side.. maybe crop it down some to avoid the big bright area to the top left? Would make it a little bit more of an abstract too.

The idea for #3 is great; works for me. The others don't do much for me though...

Okay thanks guys, I cropped #3 down and I agree, it does look nicer. Thanks for the compliments too, I really appreciate the support and help.

That was actually my dads card to my Grandma and yes, that is what it says. My handwriting is legible but not as "pretty" as my dads. It made for a much nice picture using his card in place of mine.
