Camping Dinner...

Still camping out the backyard here but it's getting colder, decided to fire up the coal pit for dinner.

Daddy magpie got 2 small prawns, the currawong got 1. The bunny's got none.

I don't camp as much as I did when younger. I ate better on another camping trip.

If you eat prawns marinade them in this, i swear you could serve this up in a 5 star restaurant.

A heap of "olive" oil, a good amount of the MF blend, some cracked black pepper. There's salt in the MF blend but i add a little extra sea salt.

Marinade for 24 hours.

Me either, thats why i do backyard camping it's good fun and the camping area is comfortable. Plus the bunnys love it too.

All rainbow trout? A nice little score there.
