My only comment would be to focus on the feet to match the title. It would also give the photo more of a subject, as of now there's nothing in the photo that really draws my eye.

I can only agree.
Many tend to believe that blur is an artistic expression.
Well, I may be too old and very old-fashioned, but to me it only shouts "fundamental technical error".

No attempt at artistic expression here, just a technical error on my part. I need to get better at making my D40 focus where I am intending it to, so I will keep practising, Thank you for your comments.
