Do I need to warm up the building?

The building seems a touch on the cool side. Should it be warmed up? This is the first time ive ever done a blue hour photo before (its for class) so feel free to critique it as I have no idea if I am on the right direction

It already looks warm from all the tungsten lighting in the building.

If you have an opportunity, you might shoot this with a bit more of the leading driveway to give the building a bit more gravitas.

Otherwise it looks fine.
