PS, I've been playing piano for 24 years (I'm 27, no joke), and I still prefer an aged old baldwin upright over a the concert grands. There's some sort of humble warmth to them that I can't really explain.

I got lucky this time. Because of what I do for a living, RN, I have the opportunity to meet alot of people. I happened to have a patients family member who was in charge of this estate sale. He overheard me talking about pianos and pulled me aside to tell me about this particular piano. He knew there was alot of value in it, and he was right. That will be my one and only piano flip that is for sure.
