Id say sub it with nature. Which is usually what a majority of the macros are.
 
true that there is a lot of macro work in nature, but still there is the whole area of abstract macro to consider. I think it better that they are both lumped together for simplicities sake - granted its going to fill up with insects quick, but there will be space for other kinds
 
I don't see a need for it, and I think it will reduce traffic to both itself and other areas.

Someone said, either here or in another thread, that the more forums and sub-forums you have, the less people will be seeing them. I think most people (like myself) stick to one or two forums that we enjoy most (for me, landscapes, and wildlife).

In any case, I don't see a need to create a new thread and further water down views/replies.
