Do you own a celly?

Wow, I can't believe I'm only the 2nd person to vote no. :shock: I hope I never need to get one, hate them, hate all phones so why would I want to take one with me...

in which country is it that they are known as "celly"s?
we call them mobile phones here.

uhhmmm--.... all from the US, do you (or people you know) call cellular phones "cellys"?
I know that in England everybody calls them mobile phones, I just call them "celly".
So I guess Australia goes with England and calls them mobile phones too (didn't really answer your question huh? )

yeah we call them mobiles over here in the UK, celly's just made me laugh!

I think most people here (tho it could be regional) just call them cell phones. I actually thought that celly sounded like something australians would say tho, they seem to make up cute names for things, like breakie and sunnies.

I've heard one person here call it a celly...I just call it my cell phone though!
