Do you recommend this tripod for Nikon D3100?

Do you recommend the Sunpak-620-520D-52-Inch-Lightweight-Tripod for my Nikon D3100?

Or any other under $20 advices?

I don't recommend ANY tripod under $20. Do yourself a favour; if you don't have the money to but a better tripod now (and don't forget to shop Craig's List - you save a LOT buying used!) than wait. Trusting a cheap piece of plastic junk like that to support your $600 DSLR is only going to wind up costing you a new DSLR!
