OK for what? Mom photos? Hell yes! They're great. Professional work? Well, you have a start, but you've definitely got a ways to go.
Study good composition for now. It's the number one thing you can do to improve your pictures when you don't have a camera to learn the other things on.

thanks a lot I have camera in lay away.......the other day i was told to do something with white balance i found it on my phone the last 3 photos are with the white balance i think they look better

Best thing you could do for all your photos with a kid/child in this situation is move to eye level with the baby. Standing above and dominating in the photo leads to uncomfortable feelings. You need to bring fhe viewer into your frame and to relate with your subject.

I dont really like them.
The background is not that great - maybe change your depth of field. Baby is not sharp in most photos. Crops are not that great. Light seems to come from above? She has to many shadows in her face. Go down to eyelevel...

These look like photos I took when starting out. My kids being born and me being driven to take great photos of them got me into photography and have loved it ever since. Try get to eye level as all ready mentioned. Also have a play with white balance and get your head around that also been mentioned but the biggest thing I found was practice. Get an idea in your head and don't give up until you get the result you want. (Not always easy with kids they find photos rather boring after .5 of a second) with the high key back ground practice with a teddy using different light positions play with DOF get used to adjusting lighting and camera settings using a subject that will sit there all night (teddy). Keep up the good work.
