Shoot at a lower ISO to reduce noise, otherwise use software to remove it (not as good as shooting at lower ISO)

What level would you recommend?

Well. I looked at your exif, says "ISO Speed Ratings = 80."

That's as low as it gets on your "KODAK EASYSHARE C613 ZOOM DIGITAL CAMERA"

Here's what that camera has to work with in terms of ISO:
Light Sensitivity: ISO 80, ISO 100, ISO 200, ISO 400, ISO 800, ISO 1250

It's not a terrible camera but I wouldn't expect too much more from it (small sensor, maybe not the greatest lens quality..).
