I used to commute from Melbourne to Sydney for work everyday for a few years, park my car for the day at the designated car park for daily commuters and jump on the next plane. Most of the time I never get to sit near a window...this is beautiful...

Very close, it was an A340-600. The only other commercial 4-engine airplane aside from the 747 and 380.

I have recently flown on two A380 and one 747, photos of those may come later.

Very nice light, have you tried cropping it into a pano and losing the top blue sky? Really gives the image a different look.

Interesting, I hadnt realized the A340 engine nacelles were extended so far in front of the wing.
