Does this look like HDR?

Its not one of my favorite photos and I think it is a bit over-saturated. But I noticed that some HDR photos look similar. Am I way off base? I am trying to learn a little more about HDR. Thanks (this was NOT taken with my T2i).

I'd say yes, but that's only because 99% of the HDR's I see on here are completely overcooked. As far as showing the dynamic range, then no.

HDR's can be fun though. Give it a shot by taking a few different exposures and downloading a free trial of Photomatix.

No, does not look like HDR, that is not a picture you would use HDR. That is just an overexposed over contrasted picture. HDR has a high dynamic range. Think of when there would be shadows, alot of darks and lights.
