Does this photo work at all?

I took this photo in Savannah, GA.

I couldnt stand in the road for 30 straight seconds, so I feel like my composition is suffering a little with no clear subject.

Do you see a different crop or anything I can do that would help this photo?

The sidewalk takes up prime real estate and is a visual dead-end that leads directly out of the main picture area, and to nothing of significant interest. The composition is disjointed and not impactful. The foreground looks VERY bright for a blue-hour shot...not very pleasing to me with the excessively-saturated greens. This might be a pleasant memory for you, but to me, a disinterested third party who lives across the continent, this is not a very compelling photo. As far as ways to improve the photo, I think a re-balancing of the foreground lighting might help a good deal. The setting (street lights on, cars with lights on,etc) suggests night, but the exposure says bright...that needs to be rectified. As far as a crop, yes, a hefty cropping-off of the right hand side, eliminating the sidewalk leading out of the frame, would really help. I would crop off the right-hand one-third of the frame, and a bit off the bottom of what's left over. The above are my opinions; I hope that you're not hurt or offended by my frankness.

I am not an expert but immediately thought the sidewalk should be removed.

I agree too much picture on the right, a crop is in order I think.....

I cropped and darkened the photo, this is what I came up with.

I feel it is better, but I will look for some other photos will a better angle.

Wow, a really super crop! And a super job of re-doing the brightness level of the picture.

My first problem was the top of the building being chopped off.
