You're got all the right elements in there, maybe try something in the middle distance on the right hand side of the picture, something that gives it a bit more of a story, like an oily rag or tools etc.

Also it's worth remembering that the end product comes down to personal preference, I personally prefer the B+W version but would lighten it, then up the contrast somewhat.
