i could use it to condense some stuff. And the suitcase isn't working too well either. when i pick it up the free roaming cameras and lenses inside smash down to the bottom from that gravity thing...

Think it would fit a bag of ice too?

are there cameras in any of those bags?
or did you just want to pack smaller camera bags into a larger camera bag?
any other equipment you want to drag along? this backpack will fit almost a literal ton of stuff. (metric or imperial)
there's room for everything we have in there minus the light stands. two bodies, 6 flashes, 8 triggers, monopod, tripod, 8 lenses, 12 batteries....and all the accessory stuff. and that still leaves spaces for two more bodies in the bottom section.

camera in all the bags, mostly all film, couple digitals bridge and a dslr.
Basically instead of carrying three bags i could carry one. Free up some space and take the lenses and cameras in the suitcase and put them in the bags on hanging up so they aren't bouncing around in the suitcase. Plus even carrying the bags i have now i have no room for flashes in them unless i take out a lens.
shooting film though, i sometimes carry two cameras anyway (bw and color) plus the dslr with six lenses, not including flash and all associated sdcard film, triggers, etc etc.. Tripod has its own case so that is another bag.

bag on the right isn't camera stuff that is a studio setup, strobes backdrops, boxes etc. I have another of those too with backdrops in another separate bag plus some lighting in the suitcase mixed in with the bouncing around cameras/lenses/flashes in there.
I pretty much buy everything low quality and used, but i do seem to have a ton of chit... Just half of it is from the 1970's/1980's

love those D200's! Great cameras.
those wont all fit into one of those backpacks you have? maybe those bags arent as big as they look in the pic.
seems like most of the modern bags i have looked at are really meant for 1, maybe 2 bodies tops and a few lenses.
the big blue beast appears to have been designed for an entire groups worth of gear all carried by one hopefully very buff pack mule.
where on earth do you drag all that gear to?

Track to track to track to track.....Tomorrow,I'll be shooting at Empire Dragway,Sunday,at ESTA Safety Park.Once Spencer Speedway gets rolling (beginning of June),I'll be covering ESTA and Spencer weekly,and throw in Lancaster,Empire,Thompson for the special events.Went to Maryland International,3 weeks ago,and have been known to hit Norwalk,Lebanon Valley,Skyview,Maple Grove,and some other track in PA. ,who's name always escapes me.I've actually hit 5 tracks in 1 weekend a few yrs back.Oh,and I have my real,Mon-Fri job........lotsa miles during the season,to just hustle a few bucks....trust me,i'm in the red,but it allows me my 2 greatest passions.
Oh,and that backpack in the pic is what I cram as much as possible into....1 body,4 lens,1 flash...the rest go into 3 other bags...

oh yeah....forgot my laptop.Just remembered,while loading up for tomorrow.

As I recall,now,I bought my current bag from KMH,here,a few years back.Wonderful backpack,just have outgrown it.

finally got the wife to take a last lookeelou at the thread.
some good candidates here trying to get around with a ton of gear.
Me and the wife agreed that Ratssass would certainly have an easier time getting around the tracks with only one bag to carry.

I hope you will post a pic of all of your stuff in the bag Ratssass so we can see just how it looks full of gear!

Thank you very much Mr&Mrs Pmedic.I will gladly comply with your request for a followup pic.It really will nice to consolidate most of what I need into 1 bag.Too often in the past have I decided not to grab a certain bag,and put in the car,only to wish I had.Or have every bag in the car,and decide what to carry down-track,only to make another trip.
As previously stated,I will more than happy to forward my current backpack to someone of your choosing.
