Double Exposure

Playing around with the concept in Photoshop.

I think this image came out pretty neat.

I think what's lacking here is a connection between the two images. I think technically it looks neat, but I can't see the connection between a man and the barren forest. As a result, it just feels like two melded snapshots. I also think it would be much better if one of the images wasn't as busy. Like if the one with the man was just of the man, and not the associated background, superimposed over the forest. Anyway, those are just my thoughts!

I didn't put too much info in my first post to explain what was happening here.

I was trying to figure out how to do this, and the images where just what I had.

They weren't taken to be put together initially.

These are very neat images.

Every shot was thought out and wanted to tell somewhat of a story after it was put together.

I see a man worrying about destruction of our forests. This picture could be sold to environmental movement (of some sort) . And yes, technically it is not double exposure, digital can only superimpose images.

I've been seeing this a lot lately! Making me want to give it a go for fun! Very cool, I agree that the two may not go together, but like someone mentioned above, it would be a neat piece to display at an environmentalist event.
