A kid who lives at the dorms i live at for school wanted some pictures of him in Drag so i said i would do it, nothing special but C&C is more than welcome. It was a really crappy lighting situation. Nothhing special was set up and the in camera flash was used with a little diffuser thing i made

Does he do Tina Turner?
#1 - Nice pose. Your shot would benefit from good lighting, but as you said not available. I would have also tried to get the leg, foot and arm completly in the shot.
#2 - IMO, breaks to many rules of portraits...His body is turned to much (not flattering to hid build), and the arm should be more down to the side or crossed over the body to create more of a flow.

Interesting... The main issue (aside from those you've mentioned) are the background. Try separating your subject from the background, and using a shallower DoF to isolate them. As well, the WB looks a tad off to me; rather over-warm.
