Duck with Transparent Head

So I'm in the park a couple days ago walking with my wife and I sat down on the bench by the pond for a few minutes at sunset -- liked the sunset colors so I snapped a photo.

At home when I zoomed in on the ducks in the pond I noticed one of them had a transparent head. Look at the female between the three males. Never seen that before.
