Idea: you could try cloning a real Ferrari over one of the toy ones in the first pic. It could be one of those mess with your perspective pics..... just a thought I had, your pic your call.

Try putting it on the street, shoot from a low angle and use DoF to blur the background. You can get the cars to look like full sieze ones with a bit of practice. I've seen shots like that, they look nifty.

You could even try a lens babies.

Theres some shots out there where photographers make huge areas of people look like toys.
Try to find some of those shots to inspire you.
