Duisburg in panorama format

I've been Duisburg, Germany and brought back some pics of that city. Please enjoy and C&C are welcome.

i like them. i keep looking for zombies walking around they seem very apocalyptic to me. I would try blending the harsh vertical lines in some of the photos where they were stitched together to make it look more seamless.

They are not stitched at all. Just a crop from a exposure.

maybe its just bc im looking on my phone i am mistaken it looks like there were some vertical lines.

I liked #3 in the first post, the shot of the blurred crane and the long ship, and I liked that one quite a bit. I thought that was was very cool. I also liked the one of the stacked piggyback boxes (the UBC branded ones), but thought that was just a bit too dark for my taste. The second two shots are okay...they seem to work well together. I like the wide aspect ratio you're working in, and think that generally,these types of scenes work well in that wide aspect. The wideness of the photos works well with these immense, hulking industrial landscapes.

#3 is my favorite. Generally I'm not a huge fan of dark and fairly monochrome photos but you've done a good job bringing interest to the subjects so the lack of color simply adds mood to the photo instead of detracting from the composition. I like the stacked containers shot, except except I think the composition would be a bit stronger if it wasn't taken straight on, but at more of an angle to the front of the containers.

i like the photos, especially the bleakness against an industrial backdrop. Of course I guess it's hard to get photos of Duisberg that aren't bleak -- but i like what you've done
