Eagle's Nest 1 Takeoff! (Pic heavy)

About a month ago I visited this nest. Up until then, not much had been going on. Mom sat on the nest and dad was either there or gone. Nothing exciting.

On this day I walked up and turned the camera on. Knew my settings were off. Lifted the camera to take a test shot and adjust. Mom took off! I just started snapping. Settings were way off and harsh sun, but it happened so fast! Proud of myself for actually staying on target. The last shot is through some branches.

Not the best shots, but the best I've ever done until then. Learned a lot since then and will show that in pics as I catch up with editing and posting. Just wanted to share.
