I soooo look forward to seeing new threads from you in your Eagle series. The chick looks pretty big in that shot. And it was wonderful you were able to capture both parents at the nest like that. Love the stare in the second last shot, and the wingspan view in the last one. Thanks for sharing these!

Very cool, makes me want to get out there and find that, but not until this blizzard settles down. 200 miles of Interstate 90 in South Dakota is closed right at the moment.

I know where there's a golden eagle nest like this, but it's very high with no way to get a very good angle on it. I'll keep working it though. Maybe I'll get lucky this year.
