Early morning angry sky over Dubai

Hello everyone, I hope that you like my effort. I only had a minute or two to capture the scene so I used in camera HDR on my 5DMK3 handheld at 1/100th, ISO 400, and f4.5.

That's beautiful. May I ask why you decided to use the word "angry"?

My father was a fisherman and always used the phrase....... Red sky at night is a shepherds delight but a red sky in the morning, sailors take warning!! Interestingly we are forecast for a mini storm here over the next two days.

Yes, I've heard the expression as well. I now see what you meant. It just seemed to me to be exuberant and not angry but given the context you mentioned, I agree. Thanks for sharing!

man. if this is an "angry sky" in Dubai, no wonder every single photo I've seen from the region is always perfect sunny weather!

Nice shot, not my idea of an angry sky, I do like the colours. It looks very nice when I enlarged it. The small one that is posted does not do it justice in my opinion, but that is what you are stuck with, I guess.
