Early Spring forsythias

[Joel_W]

Walking back from the pond yesterday, I spotted some of the Forsythias starting to bloom. Not too spectacular yet as most of the blooms were only partly opened. I opted for a few macro pictures instead. Then I saw this wooden fence with a slate wall and really liked the composition, so I set up close to the grown to place even greater emphasis on the fence.

Thanks for stopping by.
