Easter 08

Two pictures from Easter. She had scratches on her face, so I went for these poses.

This is also my first time in photoshop, so I am sure post processing can be better.


1) The bow kept getting too bright.

2) selective coloring.

The first photo looks uncomfortable...like she is being forced to look at the eggs lol. Your exposure might be off if the bow was 'getting too bright'.

You should keep practicing with photoshop because the scratches on your daughters face might not be very difficult to remove. That way you can have a fun easter shoot.

I like the second photo but am not a fan of selective coloring. You did a nice job though!

I did tell her to sit and look at her basket. She wanted to mug for the camera, not take posed shots.

The bow kept getting too bright/white when I would play with settings in PS. Sadly, the original pic wasn't too strong to begin with.

I know a lot of people are not fans of selective coloring. I was playing around and learning PS. I may post the full the full color version.
