Lovely image and wonderful background rendering for sure. I would suggest a little careful dodging around the eye just to bring a little more detail out.

Nice image - great bokeh. For me, the crop at the top is a bit to close. As well, the colours seem to be a bit over saturated, or over sharpened - the bird's colours look a bit over saturated, particularly the blue and yet the branch looks to be over sharpened. Note also the appearance of a slight halo around the bird's beak and along its back - often a sign of over sharpening.

I have only basic(Picassa3) and Photoshop Express post processing software. Dodging not included in either. To Be honest, I prefer to keep it simple. At my age, digital photography, in itself, is miraculous. Thanks for your nice comment.
