Ebay Generic diffusers and softboxes.

Are they any good? I've seen them and they're pretty cheap. What's the downside of them vs. an on brand diffuser?

Quality. I had one that even though it looked fine, it would always introduce a horrible color cast. It all depends.

I mean, people use homemade products for diffusers and bouncers all the time. I would assume the Ebay diffusers would be alright, unless I'm missing something.
