What are you planning to do with it? I have both PSP and Lightroom. For color correction, I use Lightroom. For skin smoothing, batch resizing, and minor cloning, I use PSP. That's all I do with my photos anyway.

Yes. Particularly if that's all you have to edit with.

Please start using the shift key for making the appropriate capial letters. If you notice in your threads, most other TPF members do. It makes written communication so much more readable.

Well yes that the only one I have in my computer and have not really used it. It's a little complicated. So I have just been using windows live photo gallery.

Just like photography, editing has a learning curve as well. There are plenty of resources in print that will help get you through the learning curve.
