Ok, not really.

You'll be happy to know that I just got back from doing a photoshoot for a friend. We went to a local school to do some shots. Some guy came outside and told us in a really uneccesary way that we were to leave immediatly or get charged with tresspassing. I thought public schools were...public?

Anyway, pics won't be ready for a while cause I gave him the roll to develop. So you'll have to wait. I hate waiting.

Meh. Really photogenic dude though. Pics should be hype.

Can't wait to see 'em, Bace. I was taking pictures at the bus depot in town, and some guy came over and was like "May I ask why you're taking pictures?" so I said "Um, for the thrill?" and he's like "Well since 9/11 we don't allow that here." and I responded with "Oh sorry, I guess I'm gonna have to tell Osama I couldn't get his pictures developed." and I walked off. lol

I can't believe that though. Anyone taking pictures for any reason is now a friggin terrorist? Stupid. I don't care what kinda terrorist you are, but if you were gonna take pictures of a place you'd take them. No idiot telling people not to take pictures is gonna stop them.

I had an almost similar story. I was at a train depot, just taking pics, there was nobody around... then I thought it would be nice to check out the other side of the place so i followed an other railroad... when i got out, i saw a sign explaining it was the private property of CN canada and that tresspassers will be brought to justice. And there was a guy, about 30m away from me who yelled "hey, you!". So I just ran away. That just scared the hell outta me. But i understand it was a private property

I dunno what the rule is in the USA but public schools here in Australia aren't actually public property. We still have to get the principal's permission to be on the land out of school hours ... and also during school hours.

I heard something about law saying if you are in the public, you have full permission to shoot pictures. I'm not sure if a public school is private. Wouldn't make any sense, that's for sure :er:

I want to see the pictures!!!
