Sitting up in a tree having a look around!

Taken with Canon 7D + Sigmar 120-300mm and 2* Teleconverter

Any comments and critiques most welcome

That's a very nice looking bird. I'd personally crop a wee bit off the right, maybe just to first the leaf.

No, I meant just a bit less sky on the right not less foliage if that makes sense.

I like the first one as is. It seems balanced with 2/3 green to the 1/3 bird. Second one is a great shot too.
