I love how my friend looks in B+W... I snapped this in harsh sunlight while she wasnt expecting it, UV Filter and Gradual Gray Filter used.

Any opinions, I quite like it?

First off I love the BG and the compo ...just wondering if you did post processing on this shot? The hilights are pretty gone as is the shadow detail...I bet its still there in the original file tho.
Was the neutral grad dark side over the left side of the frame?

Yep Jon the grad dark was over towards the left as far as I remember... the original is fairly dark on that side but I admit to playing with the levels a little to further reduce detail on the left of her head and face to increase the contrast with the right. I think thats the only pp I did on it.
