These are of Elisha, a model I shot recently the last week. Very easy and effortless to work with, and I'm glad I got a chance to shoot with her!

Perfectly lit - this is what I would aspire to if I could ever get past my dislike of studio work! (Although the white hat with a white background andthe loose threads in her top in #2 are a little out of place to me)

I definitely agree with tirediron with the threads and hat.. another thing that I noticed right away in the first photo is her thumb.. perhaps you should have shot more into the side of her thumb? If that makes any sense? I know that's how her fingers are, but I find it very distracting.
Aside from the thumb issue, I really like the lighting. Number three is definitely taking the lead for me.
