found this "ELMO CONVERSION LENS" on garage sell, does anybody knows what is the use of it and what should be it's worth?

Looks like if you mount it one direction, it's a 1.25x teleconverter. Reverse it, and it's a 0.8x wide-angle converter.

My guess is it's for a projector.

Agreed; Elmo was a big name in projectors.

It is used on a digital projector that also has an overhead camera mount that works like the old overhead projectors.

Great resource when doing presentations to either show documents or objects. The elmo can also be used alone as a document copier.
