Love the balance of the signs and the tonality. Did you consider coming in tighter on the sign in the upper left, since the others on the wall are partially obscured? Just a thought ...

Don't know what I considered back then. It's an old photo. I'm really making an effort this summer (not teaching) to put a dent in scanning. Right now I'm mostly scanning portraits but I couldn't resist this one when I saw the neg. I think this could be the first time I've actually seen this image apart from having sleeved the neg. I'm not on any kind of Garry Winogrand scale here -- at least I processed the film -- but it's pretty obvious to me now that I'm going to die before I see them all in positive form. At which point my kids will probably just take the stuff to the dumpster. Oh well.
