There's a lot to like here. I love the lighting - the beard and eyebrows really draw you in, and the blinds in the back provide an interesting yet non-intrusive background. I like the conversion as well. It bothers be a bit that he's not more to the left of the frame. The subject placement creates a tension, but I'm not sure it's a positive one. That being said, it does allow that nice lighting across the shoulder. Nice shot.
