This is offcourse hard photo manipulation but just a little curious
what you guys think of it, it was ment to make the pic as dirty as possible ...

another manipulation done, a little less hard and dirty but like to experiment with this kind of techniques

You definitely accomplished your goal.
My only thought would be to remove the couple of spots that got added directly to her face, and maybe add a little more to the upper part of her sweatshirt.

I agree with woodsac, while the lines and spots do add a lot to the photo, there are a couple on her face that don't seem to be doing that much good as they are. I would get rid of those, and maybe add a few to her pretty clean sweatshirt. Although, this is definitely a fantastic photo and those suggestions aren't meant to be derogatory. Great Work!
