Setup in either RAID 1 for full 2TB or RAID 0 for 1TB mirrored.

You got them backwards, not that it's important... lol Raid 0 for 2TB and Raid 1 for a 1 TB mirrored partition.

Just a note... in general RAID 0 has no fault tolerance and when one drive dies... all data on both drives is gone.
