Eye tutorial in GIMP

Hey guys, this is not my video, I found it on Youtube but found it to be EXTREMELY helpful as it explains how to get glowing eyes in a well detailed manner which is great for beginners... I had to watch it in full screen to follow everything, but I was able to do it perfectly... Here ya go...
