I think I must have my ISO set way too high because I seem to be suffering a dramatic loss of IQ . I had to read #3 twice before I realized IQ was Image Quality, NOT Intelligence Quotient and on first read, I thought, "What does that have to do with anything?"

LOL- unfortunately camera ISO only effects the IQ of the image not of the image taker.

However, the ISO setting may be dependent on the IQ of the camera operator...
