I think there's potential here; right now it's leaning badly to the right, and I think it would have been stronger had you included some actual street in the shot; the 'at the knees' crop seems a bit awkward to me. Was this shot through a window?

Like mentioned above, there is some definite potential. Maybe try another PP style and straighten out the shot, like Tirediron mentioned above, floating people is only cool if you see their full body not cropped at the knees.
