Thanks to all. Huge delays and cost over-runs on a sold-out condo project due to massive lead paint issues in this old rubber factory. Completion slated for 2021 now pushed to early 2023? Happy none of my $$$ got sucked into this black hole!

Nice shot! They've done a lot of that in Richmond VA along the James river.
