Just got an e-mail from Trademark News, and makes for some interesting reading this morning.
Seems like some in Congress wants to make it a whole lot easier for other individuals to take your material and to use it for pretty much however they see fit!
Then again, there are those who are fighting back!

The only people who will actually care about it is greedy people. If your work is good enough people will get it legitimately.
