I live in a rainy, cloudy area, so to me yes the weather does add atmosphere. I would not have known that this was a multi-shot panorama shot. again, well-done.

Thanks mate, we get more than our fair share of cloud and rain, but it's very changeable as well and with microclimates around the mountains very unpredicable. It can lead to some interesting conditions though so I suppose its not all bad.
