Just like almost everyone, we've gotten more than our fair share of rain in these parts. This family was brave to venture out on a drizzling day and we got some fun images!

2,6,and 7 are my favorites. You took lemons and made sweet lemonade!!!!

Same for me here; 2 6 and 7. 8 is also nice. 5 is overexposed and fairly flat.

Thank you! #5 is actually an overlay with a haze on it. The original matches the rest of the series. I saved both versions for mom!

My cc. Here is the thing, when you take photos when the sky is bleh or when you shoot againts the sun, color photos tend not to look very good due to the large white space created from the sky (fore example 1 & 4). Notice the tree edges on #1 looks weird? You almost always want to find background that is dark. In this case I would have moved my camera to the right and shoot toward the hill. Also bringing the exposure down at least 2 stops and use a flash will tremendously make #1 better. My guess is you didnt use one.

When they give you lemons, make lemonade. Good job considering.................

Ordinarily I'd say u needed some fill flash and if it were off-camera it would be even better. Here in the rain - u r a trooper for getting this ;)
Gr8 job
