These were shot during my daughters birthday party, comments and constructive criticism please.

These are what they are, nice shots for family remembrance.
All are reasonably exposed and caught except for the closeup of the baby where it is badly OOF and the on-board flash blew out the skin.

Watch out for those situations with dappled light on faces. Hard to correct and usually not attractive.
Babies are pretty hard to expose for especially when next to darker skin; their skin gets desaturated really quickly

Nice family shots. I will echo the "be careful of dappled light," as it is distracting and tough to fix in post.
