Fast landscapes...driving and taking photos

Well sometimes just taking in the sights as a passenger in a fast moving truck makes you grab the camera and click with a hope there will be a few photos you can appreciate on a busy day... i do!! This camera is Fast!

Nice set! Occasionally, I'll see a number of things while I'm driving and in anticipation of seeing more I'll pre adjust the settings on the camera while sitting still at a light so that when I'm moving I can simply point the camera out the window while remaining focused on my driving and half press for focus and then snap the pic. I've taken some decent pics that way. If a side mirror gets in the pic a little I just edit it out.

my first time doing it this way.. not that these are anywhere perfect.. but sometimes you do get lucky....and it makes having a good time.. clicking.. lol.. thanks

Nice set, I see so many things that I would like to take pics of when driving.
Sometimes my wife will hold the camera in her lap, and if I can park somewhere safe I then take photos.

I agree..so much catches my eye... but hubby never gets the hint tooooo pull over... lol

Shooting from moving vehicles is a whole sub area of photography. We used to have a regular member here who became extremely good at it. She went by the moniker pixel rabbit.

@Photo Lady I used to have one of those dashboard cameras, but DW made me take it out, because I kept running off the road trying to frame the shot.
